The Crash Programme is a new feature at WarMUN to help participants afford the cost of travelling to MUN Conferences. Participants who sign up to the scheme will be, dependent upon availability, housed with willing MUNers around the University of Warwick at no cost, removing the expenditure for accommodation. Chairs, Backroom Staff and Delegates from low-income background or travelling the furthest (particularly from other countries) will be given preference.
Sign-ups for the Crash Programme will be available soon.
The Conference has no power over the visa process: we can, at best, provide supporting documentation. We advise that you ask your embassy for more information regarding UK visas. We are not able to offer refund in visa related cases.
For visa related questions, please contact email@example.com and please write "Visa" in the email subject.
How to find us
The University of Warwick is located fairly close to the city of Coventry.
N.B.: DO NOT confuse the University of Warwick with Warwick town, they are suspiciously far from each other
Arriving by coach
Take a coach to Pool Meadow bus station in Coventry. Buses regularly depart from the station to the University. The 12X is a direct line to the University's Bus Interchange and is shorter than the 11 or 11U, both of which also arrive at the Bus Interchange
Arriving by train
There are three optimal stations for arriving by train. The station of Canley is located about 20 minutes by foot from campus and can be easily reached by rail from Birmingham. Otherwise, arrive at the train station in Leamington Spa and take a U1, U2 or 11 to the University. Finally, you may also choose to arrive at Coventry train station, where you can also catch any of the tree buses listed in the Arriving by coach section
