The fee payment is based on the first come, first served principle. Delegates and delegations who applied through the standard Application Form have their place saved until the 25th of December. After this deadline, the place may be given away if we do not receive your payment.
Following your successful application to the Conference, you will receive be able to order. Payment for Delegates who are not members of the Warwick MUN Society is as follows: Instructions for individual and Chair applications: 1. Once you have received confirmation of your successful application, head to the Warwick SU website and register for a guest account here. 2. Log in and find the WarMUN event page at www.warwicksu.com/events/4260/14710/. 3. Choose the option that you would like to buy, depending on whether or not you are a member of the Warwick MUN Society (for Delegates). 4. Once your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email. Congratulations, you're now a future participant of WarMUN 2018!
Instructions for group applications: Groups may select a Head Delegate to buy tickets for the entire Delegation. The Head Delegate does as above, but can purchase as many tickets as is necessary for the entire group. Please ensure that the same person who applied on the form as the Head Delegate of a Delegation also creates the SU guest account and pays for the group.
WarMUN does not offer refunds for reasons other than our own administrative errors. Unfortunately, we are not able to return fee payments due to our own financial obligations to providers to the Conference. Under certain circumstances, we may be able consider extenuating conditions.
